My favorite shop is having a customer appreciation day on the first. There'll be a progressive sealed of DC 75th starting at 2:00 with free pizza and pop at 5:00 with sales going on all over the store. Like, ridiculous sales.

I'm really looking forward to it if the weather doesn't close the city down again. You know the weather's bad when Fargo, ND, is closed down.

Saturday is our usual Heroclix day and is still on. Seeing how we missed Christmas, waiting through two full weeks would have been an eternity!

Also, the word Heroclix is underlined, as I'm typing, as if I'm spelling it wrong?! Shouldn't that be added to this specific dictionary so it's recognized as a real word?

Rockhead's is open 'til 1 AM tonight, and some of the guys decided to get together and play Clix. My wife's not up to going out so I'm actually going to play. (Okay, I know I'll be asked for Judgey-type things anyway...) I've even got a fresh brick of DC75 if they want to play a psuedo-sealed. (Meaning I want all the pieces back. ;))

Then tomorrow... well, I'm not sure darius-dax1 meant to be holding a game on New Year's Day at Board Game Barrister, but he scheduled it, so I'm going! (Of coure, Dave's scheduled to be at the other store, so I'm guessing I'll be doing more Judgey-type things. :))

I already did. Secret Six were victorious...and did a savage beatdown on the Hawkworld map on the JLA with Ares and Dr. Manhattan. Last game got trounced by the JLA/Atrocitus with my JSA...but Alan was the last man standing...

I played on New Year's Eve. Had fun... did some shots of Crown Royal Special Reserve, drank some rum, had pizza, and gamed.

Tomorrow I'm going to the Seahawk's vs. Rams game, we chartered a private bus... so I'll continue my party on the bus....

I'm bringing a lot drink with me to share... Crown Royal Special Reserve, Captain Morgan's Private Stock, Jagermeister, Goldschlager, a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Jack Daniels.

Will be a merry day! Especially if the Rams win. I'm in the Tacoma area... but I hate Seattle.

I did. 4 man tournament. Lost both of my games, since War Machine just flat out wrecked my X-Force team first round, and then I had to face off against Runaways second round.
