Subscription Renewal hasn't taken effect

I PMed Typhon about this a few days ago and never heard back. Not knowing what to do now, I thought I'd start a thread and maybe someone can let me know what to do.

A month or so back, during the last Double Donor Days, I renewed my subscription for another year. However, that never took effect. My old subscription expires today and I really don't want to loose my PM space and all the other perks that come with donating, especially because I did donate just recently.

Who should I be contacting about this?

You need to contact Typhon, he is the only one who can fix it unfortunately.
It does speed things up if you include the transaction ID.
