Indeed it do. So B-K4-21 is elevated. But lots of pillars or statues that make blocking terrain on the edge, and then and enclosed area D-H7-18, open only on the right side.

Not much of a difference which side is which so...

"What's the point of this, really?" the Sub-Mariner asked.

"It makes perfect sense, Namor," Captain America explained. "Hitler's bound to have superhuman agents of his own. What better way to train for that than to spar against the All-Star Squadron?"

"I'd rather be breaking the heads of the real thing," Blazing Skull said.

"Sure," the Human Torch agreed, "we'd all rather be fighting the Nazis, but the more practice we have using our powers, the better we'll be when it comes down to the wire."

"I'm most concerned about Superman and Green Lantern. And Wonder Woman," the Thin Man added. "That's where their teams' power lies."

"Don't underestimate Batman," Uniion Jack pointed out. "The others may have the brawn, but he's the brains."

"Ah, a guy who dresses up like a flying mouse? How tough can he be?" Bucky asked.

"Union Jack is right, the others may not be as powerful, but they're very effective fighters too," Spitfire put in her two cents. "We ignore them at our peril."

"All right, all right. So we don't forget about the normal fighters," Toro conceded. "I'm still not going to let Superman out of my sight."

"That's Hitler's trickery, through and through," Mr. Terrific jokes.

"If only that were true," says Sargon the Sorcerer, "Perhaps it would be easier to win that war!".

"Perhaps?" Batman looks totally surprised.

"Are you ready to take notes?" Superman jokes to Wonder Woman, who's status is team secretary. He knows better and thankfully she knows it's a joke.

"I sure am. Who else could tell the truth of how you couldn't keep up with me?" she smiles.

"Seems inappropriate to be doing this in a memorial," Green Lantern says, "One day they might have one of these for the All Star Squadron, you know."

"Perhaps," Sandman says, "But that's a long, long ways away."

Not to butt in, but Shellhead won't work on Green Lantern. Even if he cancels the willpower he gets for Indomitable, he still has the symbol.

Seems like I'm oding on DC games lately. With a potential GLs/Flashes to follow....missing my Marvel love....:)

"Then why do it?" Namor asks disgruntled.

"How's this for team secretary?" Wonder Woman asks Superman as she tackles Union Jack.

"You know she's not going to forget that joke," Sargon the Sorcerer says to him as he rides in with her.

Thin Man on Superman, AV9 on DV18 (from Wonder Woman) gets 6.

Union Jack on Wonder Woman, AV9 on DV18. Gets 11. Take that. Either she takes 2, or uses her Protected, pushing and taking 1.

Blazing Skull to H14

Namor will push on Superman, while he's on such a sweet click offensively, AV12 on DV17 (WW loses the Perplex once she takes Damage.) He's got Flurry. Gets 11. Considering Namor would do 5 with his HO, I'm guessing using his Protected's a no-brainer here. Indomitable means he doesn't take pushing damage. Second Flurry, now objectless, rolls an 8. 2 to Superman after Toughness. Namor takes 1 for pushing.

Bloodbath indeed.

"Very well then, I hate to do this!" Namor said, swinging a statue at Superman. Superman put up his arm to block it and it shattered.

"Sorry, Namor, you'll have to do better than that!" Superman said.

"Oh? How about this?" he asked, following it up with a left to the gut that Superman wasn't expecting. This time it connected. Superman let out an audible "Oof!"

"And don't think that just because you hit me once that I'm out of the fight," Union Jack said. "Or that you can distract me by showing some leg." He landed a hit on Wonder Woman. Not a very solid one, though. "Much..." he added quietly.

I feel that the Invaders are somewhat outclassed here but I could be wrong, that was an impressive turn there.

Sargon on BS. Needs 8, rolls 7. Rerolls 11. 1 to him after toughness.

Terrific to L18 outwitting Cucky's inappropriate invulnerable.

I rather agree with your assessment. Namor was my one strong card, and he's already been knoecked down a couple pegs. We'll see though. If my dice don't betray me, I might be able to do all right still.

"Things are about to get a little hot for you All-Stars," the Himan Torch said, sending a wave of fire exploding outward.

"Wahoo! That's the way to do it!" Toro said, following up with a barrage of fireballs.

"Sorry boys, can't let you do that," Green Lantern said, revealing as the wave of fire cleared, that he had protected all his teammates with a force bubble.

"Aw!" Toro complained.

"Don't get discouraged," Spitfire told him, as she tried to fly in to land a blow on Wonder Woman, but the Amazon was too good a fighter to let her get close enough.

"Cap?" Bucky asked.

"Keep fighting, Bucky. No matter what the odds," Cap told him and joined his teammates closing with the All-Star Squadron.

Don't beat yourself up. I'm got two pcers on my side. At least you didn't roll a 2. :)

Superman needs 8 to hit Namor, your biggest threat as you said. Gets 5. My pcers can't assist.

Wonder Woman on Namor. She has to use her special charge sp to get to JK11. Needs 8, rolls 9. 3 to him. Uses the other part of her sp to kb Cap and Bucky to J14.

Johnny makes his damage 3 and will hss to N16 attacking Torch. Needs 6, rolls 4. Sandman rerolls 7. 3 to Torch.

Batman free move to K13 upping Supe's dv to 18.

This is probably not very fun for you.

Thin Man on Superman, AV9 on DV18. Gets 4.

Union Jack on SUpes, AV9 on DV18. Gets 3.

Blazing Skull on Batman, AV9 on DV17 +2. Gets 7.

The problem is you're sharing all these good defenses and Perplexing them up even more. It'd be a killer, even if I were rolling decently. I have the same Defense sharing, but my defenses are mediocre to good, at best.

"If we work together, maybe we can bring him down," the Thin Man told Union Jack. They double teamed Superman, but they seemed to have as much effect on him as fleas on a rhino.

"They don't call him Superman for nothing," Batman told them.

"And why do they call you Batman? 'Cause you're blind? Ugly?" Blazing Skull asked.

Batman easily ducked his opponent's clearly telegraphed moves. "Because those I fight are afraid of me. Very afraid," Batman said.

According to their card, Shape Change is "Look Out, Cap!" I guess it makes sense if you look at it that way, and not strictly literally.

Toro to K14

Cap & Bucky on Sargon. AV10 on DV16. Gets 7. Rerolls for Sargon and gets 11. That's 2 to him and 1 less PCer for you. I take 1 and won't use the Duo Ability. Doing 1 more to Sargon at the cost of 1 more to C&B isn't worth it.

Spitfire HSS to I16 to hit Terrific. AV9 on DV17. Gets 7. She'll end in I18

Thought you can't use regen when based. Is that just support? I always forget these things.

Do you want to roll for the point value for the next game? I think I rolled for this one. What did we say, roll 1D8 +2 and then x100. That gives you a number between 300-1000.

Honestly there are so many good options for this size. Really want to do a Marvel Knights team but their movement is too limited without tk or fliers. Martial artists were good but lacked any sense of symmetry and my team would have like 18 members....way too crazy...

Not that I need the excuse but West Coast Avengers will be my choice. I know....Avengers. But with all this DC I feel a real Marvel pang.
