Hey Phant... i know its a long shot in the dark but you could try sending a pm to Booley and get him to run it against the list of about a hundred addresses that he had on file for the SS he ran this year. it may or may not help. but its worth a try i guess

I'm sure the person will end up contacting you after awhile if you were supposed to send. You can also see if anyone has posted in the Tournaments/Events section from that area and ask if they know the guy.

He actually did before this thread was started and it didn't match anyone in the SS. At least that eliminates 97 people from your search.
Isn't there a Moderator way to identify everyone from that state and see if any of those IDs ring a bell?
