I want to buy the rights to DC's "Ragman". Does anyone know how expensive that would be, where I would ask about doing so and what insane asylum to check into for even CONSIDERING it? (Of course, Ragman's cool, and DC doesn't do enough with him. I'D put that guy to USE. But I probably won't be able to afford him. After all, I'm just an unpublished freelance writer.) Anyone know the answers? Opinions? Anyone even READ Ragman? Heard of him?
