yes, this is about flyers.. ok, do you have to be next to someone to pick them up? and also, how far can you fly with them? or is it just to your max movment number? thanks

Your flyer have to be adjacent to someone to pick them up (and they can't have Battle Fury). The flyer can move their normal movement and then drop the carried figure off in a square adjacent to the flyer's square.

1) You must start out in hovering mode adjacent to your passenger and you must end up in hovering mode adjacent to your just-dropped-off passenger.
2) You can fly up to your max movement while taxiing. If you go into soaring mode, remember to subtract 2 from your movement (1 to go to soaring and 1 to come back down). You can move as little as 0 squares while taxiing (just moving the passenger on the other side of your flyer).
I hope that helps!
Melk's got it correct....
The Flying figure has got to be adjacent to the figure he wants to pick up. The Flying figure must also be in Hovering mode. The carried figure cannot have Battle Fury.
The Flyer can normally move his full Speed value while carrying another figure. The Flyer must end it's movement in Hovering mode. The carried figure must be dropped off at an adjacent square at the end of the flyer's movement.

Forgive me for beating a dead horse, but:
2 squares "right next to each other", but separated by a thick black line (blocking terrain) are NOT adjacent.
2 squares "right next to each other", but on different elevations, are NOT adjacent.

I have a sneaking suspicion Funky Jett moved to OK from TX and raised the IQ of both states. (j/k, OK?)
