Alpha Flight

OK, finished my first set of mods... 5 members of Alpha Flight.
Guardian, Snowbird, Northstar, Aurora, and Box

These were all easy mods since I could take existing figures and just repaint. (just a little cutting and puddying)

Next, I was going to fry to finish off the team by creating: Sasquatch, Shaman, Talisman, Puck and Vindicator.

very nice kaizot. liked Box the best. modified hulk? not sure who Guardian is based off of. I liked the Snowbird too. Aurora I didnt care for too much. Looks like a Wasp repaint? wish i had more time, gotta try my hand at modding. :D

Yeah, they are all really repaints...

Aurora = Wasp without wings
Northstar = Quicksilver (Duh)
Snowbird = Scarlet Witch
Box = Thing (with the cracks filled in a little)
Guardian = Constrictor (without the tentacles)

I had to get a bunch of flight bases since they all fly.

For the next batch, There will need to be extensive cutting and glueing...

Sasquatch = Juggernaut (with lots of puddy fur)
Vindicator = Yellowjacket (with cutting and more puddy hair)
Talisman = Black Cat (with sculpted legs and puddy clothing)
Shaman = ??
Puck = ??

I really have no idea what I can do for Puck. A dwarf, small in stature, but thick with muscles. Any ideas out there?

I haven't look through the new set yet for parts...

My only suggestion for Puck is Mage Knight Dwarves. I had some luck with them when I threw together a Puck for my Alpha Flight.

Sasquatch was a labor of love involving a Wood Golem from Mage Knight, the Thing, and a ton of fillr putty scuplted into hair. ;)

For the not so hot recipe. I knew I should have been taking pics while I was making these....Of course, that also would have meant you had the pictures of me removing the putty that wouldn't set, screaming a lot, and then redoing it all with filler putty, which is not a lot of fun.

Hmm.... I was thinking maybe you could trim down a Controller for Puck. He's pretty bulky, but not terribly tall. Of course his pose is quite lame....

Take a look at the Clobberin time Elektra for Talisman and the Dove figure from Hypertime makes a great marrina. Your mods are great.

here's a thought. Black cat might make a good Wild Child and if you can work around lack of b00bs and a hand Aquaman might make a good Diamond Lil.????????Once again awesome mods!

I think u did good and also liked the other guys but u could make Puck with Toad just put more meat on those Bones!
