I assume he means the Perfect Wolverine Dial Code, and the 0s are unconscious-but-still-regenerating Wolverine.

Strangely enough the Haley cat has a similar regen slots.
Its the only figure I can remember that is completely helpless with regen.

You might be about 3 points off (I have him around 108 points)

Then again I charged 1 point a click for the Blades Claws Fangs, it may be half a point which puts him at 105.

I like it more than the x-force one we have now. Any extra clicks on x-characters will be a plus with the new cyclops. He could be almost healed up after a good regen roll and one or two x-men tag heals.
