Not sure if anyone has ever seen these guys stuff, it's pretty good.

They are looking at pre-orders for a super hero sprue.

The more people the pre-order, the more likely they will go in to production.
Check them out.

Dig it!

I saw some Zombie Sprue in a store on Saturday and was excited, but this is way better for my mod tackle!

Well I'd definitely be intrigued by this as I LOVE doing customs but even w/ all the spares I've accumulated thus far I still NEVER seem to have the arms or head I need!

But my issue is, no pics, no price (not even a ballpark) & only ideas on a message board for a company I've never bought stuff from before asking me to pre-order this to get it made? I'm a tad iffy on that one myself.

I was also put off that browsing around their site, nearly every product is not available, and is waiting for more orders. And they have a lot. Looks like a company with a good product that needs some serious investment.

My issue as well. Show us some examples, give us a price range and then we can decide.

Yep, too vague. It could wind up being most anything. Plus, the smaller the production run, the higher the price.

It's a $0 pre order. They are just looking for the kind of interest it has right now.

Most seem to be about $20 when they are first put out, then go down as more get ordered.

My interest depends upon the price and what I'm getting. The quality of their other stuff looks good, though.

those zombies are the very ones I saw in the store for $20 on Saturday.

so if anything, I can report that this is a reputable company. They aren't going to rip you off. I saw a number of their sprue kits, and they all retailed for $20, so that's what you an expect to pay, or less. I might get those zombies just because they are so cheap!

If those zombies are typical of the kind of quality this company offers, I am indeed intrigued...

I've been looking for kits of german soldier like these for quite awhile as well. Some affordable Nazis for modding would be indeed a boon. Throw in some zombies and I'd be pretty satisfied, but the superhero sprue would be very handy for mods.

I know, even if it was basic torso with leg veriety of running and flying and the arms in different poses (out front palm out, "flying", fists)

They could do a few sets of sprues too. Male average build, female, Male "Brick"

If they wanted to take it further, then create a clear plastic sprue of power effects

I pre-ordered a couple to help bump it to production. I'm all for modular plastics on superheroes.

When I get some free cash, I will order some of a few of these, both in stock and pending~!!

So for anyone who's seen the zombies in person - how does scale look compared to HC or say HorrorClix Zombies? I've wanted to pick some up but am concerned they're appropriately sized. Thanks

they are standard miniature scale... 28mm... exactly right for Heroclix.

Assuming that HC were a consistent standard 28mm... :cheeky:

A sprue is the plastic frame the plastic figures are attached to

Thanks for bringing this up. Sorry to steal your thunder, though, but Wellender was actually the one that got that sprue going at Wargame Factory. Reference this thread:

But to those of us whom have already pre-ordered and to you new guys thanks!

I have a couple hundred of these zombies. They're a little small compared to most Heroclix. If you grab a DC 75th Animal Man, a zombie body's shoulder comes to just about his nipple region.

If you put one next to a Zombie Cop from Horrorclix, they're definitely small.

I just read that thread and I find if funny I was one of the ones that were in the "Without knowing the cost..." boat.

Comments like these should definitely be posted to their forums.

I've purchased from them before. They're reputable and the product are good. They tend to go for 25mm scale so should fit the current sets nicely.

I know, but another forum to register for and log in to. I've been cutting back on what I've been signed up for.
