Sadly, Shazam is always the better choice. Does give the duo a robust end dial though.

His only problem is being compared to Shazam! but for a 140 figure that can do 7 clixs of damage he's awesome.

im not sure why Black Adam here doesn't get any love? admittedly, i've never used this side of the dial solo, but geez....HSS and 6 damage?! seriously, that's just brutal! or HSS and EW?! bejeebus!

Can't wait to see the Champ's dial of Black Adam because this one doesn't cut it.

I can't figure out why a 6 click , +20 points per click version of Black Adam doesn't start with HSS.

Double base , no starting HSS , and short lifespan makes him super vulnerable to Outwit.

Hope the Speed Special Power makes it to his new version.

He is much better if he can pick up the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak.

Black Adam has one advantage over Shazam: greater damage output. He needs to positioned adjacent to his target to be effective; Have an adjacent Trevor Fitzroy reposition him, or keep Armor next to him. It would almost be easier to have a TK'er move the target adjacent, than waste an action to move him out and expose him to PB or BCF. When he's holding an object and successfully attacks with CCE, he's dealing 8 clicks of damage in a single hit (9-11 with a crit hit and knock back damage off elevated). OUCH! You can initially afford to push him and/or let him be dealt a click of damage of two, as it puts him onto "Super HSS" (using CCE or EW while attacking). Both halves have their merits, and this version of BA is certainly not bad at all!

6 clicks? That's a joke. Shazam is supposed to be just as strong as Superman, and Black Adam is supposed to be as strong as Shazam! Together, yeah, 12 clicks for 280 points is a bargain. But 6 clicks for 140 for little to no range? Screw that.

I sadly think shazam is the better choice :( I'm saying sadly because i prefer black adam a billion time. Oh well, i guess he's still playable, with some support.
