I'm thinking 200 point modern age - any takers or different idea for points?

First one to post agreeing to play will be my opponent - we can use this thread too if it is easier.

I'd be up for a game, I have a few teams that I've been wanting to use to test out some of the new DC75th stuff with. Any reason you're wanting 200 points though? I would be much more interested in 500 or 600.

bummer sounds good! When I looked at the map link you gave me, the map only loaded half way so I couldn't see any of your placements. However, I am using HCOL by crow to make the movements instead.

Didn't help, oh well!

Flash Perplex SW damage to a 3. SW Ranged attack on Lex. 10/17 Roll: 12 Crit! (http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2855435/)...Would have been nice if Flash could have done that. yeah, my whole plan was to attack Hal twice in a single turn so that he wouldn't get a chance to use LIVE! if I missed my first attack, then the second attack would have been on Flash instead. Roll is (6, 2) for a hit (http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/2856142/), KOing Flash.

You said this is your first game online, right? Try to keep in mind that there are no LE figures on the line here, this is just for fun. Sure, everyone likes to win, but if you only win by manipulating the die rolls, then what's the point? It's a really hollow victory.

Online games are great for testing out risky strategies that you're not sure would do well in a competitive setting. Or for doing creative stuff, like playing with homemade characters or story-based games like the RPSC.

I understand completely and will keep that in mind...again I wanted to make it epic (like the Blue Lantern Corps stands for Hope and there is some)...there really isn't here I don't think but it has been fun none the less! Sorry man!

Larfleeze will actually pass, as I realize you can just phase away from me if I base you.

The next time you play online, I would recommend using the built-in die-roller program in the map utility, if you can get the website to work for you. Or alternatively a site like http://www.pbegames.com/roller/ is useful, as it takes away the temptation to fudge the dice rolls. Believe me, I know how strong it can be, and when I first started playing online I was guilty of it a few times as well. We've all had those moments in a game where you just want the dice to cooperate but even when you've put all your perplex and prob control into the attack they just don't work. But if you learn to accept when the dice are against you, it makes it all the better when things do go your way.
