I said Hammer of Thor because I would love to have one last shot at pulling another Ultron without having to pay an arm and a leg for a case of boosters, if you can find them at all.

Second would be Crisis because I never got a booster of that set and I would like to see what I had pulled. I have all the ones I want from the set, but the chance of pulling a Sinestro is pretty good.

Third, would be DC 75th because I would like the chance to pull Bane or Green Lantern Hal Jordan to finish off getting the ones that I want.

Hammer of Thor for a few reasons:

1) I was at school when it came out and skipped out on buying a brick, so I have very little of it.

Hammer of Thor - for several reasons:

1. Almost all the characters are worth playing, so it doesn't matter what you pull - you can either use the figures or easily trade them.
2. Favorite minion characters so far, so I wouldn't mind getting more.
3. Still don't have any chases figures from that set, so I can always hope to pull one.
4. Very hard to find these packs anywhere these days since they are sold out.
5. I really, really want an Ultron!!!

2.Crisis - A great set with 2 great chases and figures like Dawnstar, Nightwing, etc.
3.DC75 - guarantee of getting a WL. Many different lanterns, awesome WW, Ares, and dials (that work great with others a la Osiris/Isis and Beast Boy).

Brave and the Bold, in the event that a booster contains a Black Lantern Kal-El or Martian Manhunter. :) Also, the Amazons, Checkmate Knights, and Parademon Grunts are great generics.

I gave BatB a slight edge over Hammer of Thor, despite the better selection of generics. There are more (4) chases in BatB, as opposed to the 2 in HoT (Frog of Thunder and Thorbuster); of the two, I'm only interested in the Frog, having gone 5-0 against Thorbuster.

Let's see from each set, out of my wants, I need:

Avengers- Stingray and Giant Man. I could just buy those, easily.

JLA- Full set.

Mutations and Monsters- Living Pharaoh, again, could just buy him.

Crisis- Full set.

SI- Lyja, Veranke, and technically Mephisto, though I will never play him.

Arkham- Full base set when my Black Manta arrives. No interest in Lamp Post Bats other than resale value.

HoT- Hela, Kurse, and the Throg.

BnB- Flashes, Kal-L

WoS- Spot, he'll be dirt cheap, eventually.

DC75- WL Animal Man, he'll drop.

Based on that, I'd prefer to take a flyer on SI. The chases there are unique characters not available in any other way and they're both very playable.

I completely messed up and got wrong the start time for a sealed event that I purchased tickets for. Time zone difference got me, I guess. GenCon wouldn't refund or even exchange the tickets since the event was under way. I talked to Norm and explained the blunder. He gave me generic tickets in exchange for the event tickets. I used those tickets and joined in a King of the Hill event and got a god pack!!!

Even if I just got a standard HoT booster, Norm was awesome for helping me out when he didn't have to. The god pack was just icing.:laugh:

With a poll like this, I wouldn't pick my favorite set. For instance, I'm mostly a DC collector/player but I was very tempted to vote WoS or M&M, just because I never collected much of either set. I ended up voting DC75 because there are still a number of Rares from that set that I'd like, and this would be the best opportunity to get something I know I want.

However, while a lot of people may be voting Crisis, HoT, and AA for a chance at the chases, the truth of the matter (for me, anyways) is that with those sets I'm extremely unlikely to pull anything that I want but don't already have. Even if it is a free booster, I'd like to maximize my chances at a pull that adds something to my collection, rather than taking the long shot. Just my take on it, though.

This is a hard question to answer because I have no idea what the booster will be used for. I have everything I want from the above sets. Almost all of them play really well in sealed. I guess if I want to get a pack just so I can open it and have the contents of the pack I will go with DC 75.

DC75 has a lot of figures that I enjoy. There are also few figures I would frown at if I were to open a pack.

As for Crisis which seems to have been the popular vote, I don't think I could open a pack and be happy with my contents unless there was a SR or chase figure.

A close second would be a tie of WOS and HOT. HOT was a fun set and same with WOS. The collation killed HOT for my #1 pick and by pulls from WOS are starting to get repetitive and boring.

If I could skew this anymore, I would say I would be happy as long as it was NOT BatB, Avengers, or Justice League.

Many people may have these Chase figures, and are choosing one Set or another based on re-sale motives. You can get more for a God Pack than on Superman Crisis, and maybe why HOT is winning. Perhaps the Poll should have said, what Booster you would prefer to have if you did not have any of the figures and you would not be re-selling Chase figures.
