i've missed the last two sets, so i'm wanting to try out some pieces to see if they're worth hunting up.

i wasn't originally going to include trick shot but i realized rollinsolo might field a Stealth heavy team.

Ooh, monkeys vs. super heroes on a bridge....likey very much to watch this one, too, if you don't mind. BTW, DC75th does have alot of good stuff to pick up; you shouldn't be disappointed.

The lantern objects actually cost 5 points each towards your build total so you would have to choose an object that is point free.

according to the units section, the Black Lantern is 0pt (all the other Lantern objects are 5pt). i'll check and see if i can find any errata about it.

i just notcied that just the map tokens were reversed, not the recap which had them where i wanted them. i so messed up that last turn *sigh*

JLI 3B:

1) Guy blasts Gorilla City Warrior (#3). AV11+1(spotter)+1(Super Buddies Forever SP) vs DV17+1(hinder), need a 5. rolled: 1+4=5, hit for 3 after Toughness (appearently i need the boosting).

I think for spotter to work, Ice would have to have a line of fire, and also that gorilla is out of ices range which is also a requirement.
Also, I'm not sure about this, but I think trick shot requires an attack to work?

Rollin is correct about spotter. I use it all the time. It greats on claw and other range 10 clix. Even better if they are green arrow and have stealth. (The person with spotter must have line of fire to target and be withing their range. Likewise the attacking must have a line of fire to the target, also.)

i'm not argueing about how it works. i know how it works, it's one of the three cards i use the most (the other two, if you're curious, are Contingeny Plan and Lunge).

i can only come up with three possible reasons for argueing about it.

1) you still have Ice standing behind Wonder Woman when she should be in front of her.

i just notcied that just the map tokens were reversed, not the recap which had them where i wanted them. i so messed up that last turn *sigh*

i thought this would inform you that the map and the recap had them placed differently and that the recap is the correct one. if this wasn't clear, i'm sorry for not making it more obvious.

2) you're looking at the wrong Ice, i'm using the DC75 #007 Ice with the Incap SP. please note the 8:bolt: range (just like Guy and Booster/Beetle)

3) you've missed counted the spaces. please count them again. i've done so several times before the shot and after your attempt to call me to task over it and never got anything other than 8.

I still did have Ice behind wonder woman so I wasn't worried about her at all.
