You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

there are plenty of NICE custom maps for HC already which range from 0 to .. 0 pounds.

Unless there is something specific that you're looking for, there would be no point in paying for something that is already out there....

I know that occasionaly you might find one on ebay for sale.
