I have 2 V Doombots on my team, both have leadership, if, at the beginning of my turn, I roll for Leadership and miss with one Doombot, can the other try to get the leadership next in the same turn? thanks for the time.

As far as I know, you can; hence the benefit of two Leaders on the same team. You just can't use two successful Leadership rolls in the same turn to get two additional actions.

roll as many dice as you have figures with leadership. in your case, two dice. you only get one extra action from leadership, but that doesn't mean you can't have multiple leadership rolls per turn from multiple leadership figures. hope that helps.
