A few minutes ago I tried to rep someone and it said I didn't have permission to access the page? I tried to rep others and it said the same thing. Did I do something wrong? Or is something messed up on my account?

Ahh... That explains it.
One of the other mods moved the thread to the archive forum since it was getting out of hand.. So with that in mind the link which the rep was looking for was now invalid.
