how do you counter a stealthed team?

Today i played a couple of stelth teams and i lost all of the matchs. Now i tried the best i could but it was pretty much inpossible for my team to counter his team.

His team was-
R invisible girl
E ultron
V doombot
E doombot
R doombot
R thug
E boomerand
V a.i.m agent
V skrull commando
R huntress
E shield sniper
R avalanche
it was a 400 point match

Now i was stupid and didn't go after his ultron.But i couldn't until i got rid of of his huntress and his shield sniper.I also need to get rid of his avalanche so he couldn't throw up barriers in front of ultron.He took out my firelord first.I needed him to do an energy explosion later but it didn't work because he was already dead.Then he took out bane. then blak panther. then batman. then the rest and it was horrible all because every one on his team was around invisible girl and i couldn't hit any of em.Today was just not my day.

Assuming you were playing a mixture of DC and Marvel:

Play an anti-Stealth team.

You could pretty much play his team, but throw in a R Steel. Superman Team Ability ignores Stealth!

BUT

Seeing as how his team was all Marvel I am going to guess that there was no Marvel/DC mixing allowed.

In that case I would suggest Taxi/TKers to get Spiral, U Elektra and V Logan into BtB with Ultron and BCF him to DEATH!!!!

Since Ultron is primarily the only "big" threat, once he is out of your hair you can pick off the others at your leasure.

Actually, the other guy's team had R Huntress on it, which was what gave Ultron (among others) the Bat-Team ability. So subbing in a Superman Ally would be a valid choice.

In fact, since it was a 400-point game, I'd go something like this...

R Steel (66)
E Ultron (139)
R Huntress (18)
V Nightwing (73)
E Doombot x2 (66)
E Black Cat (32)

This way, you do him one better. All of your figs (save Steel) are Stealthed, and enough of them can see through Stealth to give him major headaches. All you have to do is take down Huntress, and his team falls apart: Nightwing's Outwit will take care of Ultron's defensive powers, while Black Cat's Probability Control gives your Ultron a second chance at punching through that beefed-up defense of Invisible Girl's.
