Flurry and breaking walls

I was in a tournament and I wanted to try and use Spiral to flurry, first attack to break a barrier and the second to attack the character. I was told I couldn't do this because you can only flurry characters. Is that true?

great question... I would have allowed it... don't see why not

The description of flurry in the PAC states that

"This character can make 2 attacks (making 2 separate attack rolls) targeting either a single figure or 2 adjacent figures."

Since it says figure , it would seem that you can not attack the wall.

The PAC specifically says "Give this character a close combat action. This character can make 2 attack (making 2 seperate attack rolls) targetting either a single figure or 2 adjacent figures.

So, the judge was correct.
