View Full Version : Character AV #002 - Iron Man
:g-starburst: When Iron Man is given a ranged combat action targeting a single character, roll one d6 if the attack succeeds. The result replaces Iron Man's damage value for the attack. After the attack is resolved, Iron Man is dealt 2 unavoidable damage.
I can just choose not to use this power if I don't want to do so, right?
Not if you give Iron Man a ranged combat action and target a single character, no. Powers are no longer optional and there is no way to cancel a power or ability. Now many powers use the word "may" somewhere in their description and that allows the user to make a choice as to whether or not they wish to do whatever that "may" allows them to do, but this special power does not use "may".
So if you give Iron Man a ranged combat action and only target a single character, he must use this power.
