If Wonder Woman attacks a character with Super Senses and hits, but then the character evades the attack by rolling a 5 or 6, would other attacks against that character still be penetrating damage?
No. In order for an attack to be considered a hit, it cannot have been evaded. There is a different concept in HeroClix called a "successful attack roll" - which would apply to when a character rolls high enough to hit but the attack is evaded. That does not apply here as the special power refers to a "hit".
