Can Edward Nigma take an action (and push) after he's received a token from A Man Reborn? Can he use A Man Reborn to take a token (and push) if he's taken an action this turn?
The answer is yes to both questions. Being assigned a token is not the same thing as being given an action. While a character may only be given one non-free action per turn, they can end up with two tokens on a given turn (with this special power being one of the few ways it can happen).

Can I use A Man Reborn to transfer tokens from a double power action?
