i honestly believe that the god of thunder is the best peice. Not only does he do 4 clicks of damage but he has running shot and 10 range with super strength. the vet is 187 points but he is worth every point.

another good thing about thor is that he has several strategys.
he could carry a shield sniper to boost his damage on the running shot.or you could carry him with a wasp or any real taxi to set him into position with the running shot.

even when thor takes a licken on his last click he is still dangerous. attack 9 and 2 clicks of damage. thats not great but it's better that a click of junk like a firelord who after some damage turns to ####. I say thor rules.

Vet Blastaar. Sure, he doesn't start on his sweet spot, but almost every time I play him I manage to get him there. And on that spot, he has 19 defense with toughness, 10 range, 12 attack with super strength, and a base damage for 4, all for less points then vet Thor! And usually, when you get him to that point, your opponents characters have taken a beating, so it is that much harder to even hit him.

And with Blastaar you should tote him around with unique Wasp. double your 19 defense double your fun.:D

For the points, I think Rookie Thor is better value.

I'm glad someone likes Blaastar - in "our" games, he has never done anything.

Vet Blastaar is the only Blastaar I would consider using. The others dont get the 19 defense in the middle.

Its really great to see the face of a rookie player when he attacks Blastaar with his Firelord, only to have him taken directly to his best click. 5 damage -1 for toughness, 4 clicks to the best one he has.
