Pulse Wave

Hi!

If a grounded character with pulse wave and range 8(=4 on PW issues)uses this on a number of opponents(>1), will an opponent standing within PW-range but on the edge of elevated terrain be affected? I'm kind of bewildered because the PAC says terrain can afffect PW. Will the thick blocking line on the edge of the elevated terrain stop PW from hitting the character up there?

Terrain affects PW normally, so if you would be able to establish LOF to the figure for a normal ranged attack then you can establish LOF for Pulse Wave.
