If I incapacitate someone does the action token go away after my turn or does it stay until my next turn?

Example: I double incapacitate (push) a character and their turn is next. Can they move or are they pushed?

The token goes away when the player finishes his/her turn.

If they use the fig then it will get another token and a push.

If you give a fig ONE token as long as the other player does not use the fig the token will go away at the end of their turn.
