Say Magneto is adjacent to Black Panther stealthed in an object. I know you can use TK to move the object to "unstealth" BP. Question is can you attack BP with that object this turn? I can see it both ways really. Since the action started with BP stealthed, no ranged attack can be made this action, or as soon as I move the object 1 space BP is exposed and can be hit. I am more inclined to go with the first one, but let me know.

The way I see this ruling is similar to the one involving TK where you cannot 'see' in front of you to move a friendly figure, if the friendly figure you intended on moving happens to be in front of you.
Think of it more as an action.
You cannot interrupt the action of moving an object to get line of sight on BP to attack him with it. The attack must be declared beforehand, and you can't declare an the attack beforehand cause you technically can't see him.
It was ruled that the figure must have Line of Fire at the beginning of the action in order to use the object in a TK attack.
