UNABLE to view my Inventory

My desktop computer used to show all of my inventory with a tab on the left side of the units page. My desktop no longer is working, so I have been logging in with these small netbook acer computers, but I am unable to view or add to my inventory. In fact I haven't been able to view my inventory from any computer. I am not great on computers and asked this question once upon a time, but was unable to get a response that I could use. These netbooks are running on XP home edition. Is there anyone that can tell me how to correct this issue or is it something that has been deactivated on my HC realms account. Please help with step by step instructions for this techno challenged guy?

strange.. I can access mine. Did you try on any other computer besides the netbook?

The desktop worked great, and sometimes one of the little netbooks would show the inventory, but not anymore. Someone once said that I should check my security settings and lower them. I tried that, moving them to medium securtity but that hasn't solved the problem. I just got the desktop repaired and am picking it up today, so hopefully I will be able to work with the inventory again. Can anyone else add to this? Is the database of your figures in inventory held on the server at HCrealms? or is it on the machine you originally worked from only?

I was having that issue for a while too I think it makes a difference as to where on the page that you enter your user name and pw. There is a spot on the left, one on the top right, and one that pops up if you try to navigate the site before entering your pw (this one seems to mess up the most). Might not be the issue you are having, but try logging in and out from the different locations on the home page.

ALso try to clear you cookies and such too.
It sometimes is drawn to a cookie drawn to hcrealms.com or www.hcrealms.com that makes some kind of mismatch and makes the units not work right (per Typhon).

So try removing cookies too. :)
