IC LEs still available?

I was wondering about IC prize support. I thought it was done for good, but last week our venue gave out IC LE figures for the tournament winners. Is IC still available to win or did our venue just have extra stock of prizes?

Store I play at was still givin out IC at the past few....yesterdays tourny was marvel only, and only 1 prize was IC....rest were DC. They haven't gotten any new prize support yet beyond the CT marquee awhile ago, so have just been usin the backstock. (which I hope isn't almost out)

I can confirm that they're sending IC out in Marvel prize packs though - two of the last three tourneys I've been at (one of which I ran) have had Raksor, Nenora, and Joey the Snake.
