This is how my ideal Spider-man would be! Annoyingly tough to hit, and a mobile attacker, dealing out moderate damage! Perplex and outwit were mostly ignored during his Web of Spider-Man incarnations, which were mostly disappointing.

Really enjoy it! Feels really great.
I don't like his best attack value being on his first click though. He doesn't come out guns blazing. I'd start him with a 9, and have 11 on the second click, so you can push onto it if needs be.
I'd also give him the carry ability (but may only carry bystanders), included into his movement SP.

Changes I'd make: (Upped his cost to reflect just how annoyingly difficult it will be to hit him. Changed the 18 + CR click, because hitting a 21 defense in close is just too much)

Thanks for the feedback guys! I edited the original post to reflect some of the changes you suggested!
Glad that it seems like you guys pretty much enjoyed my interpretation of him.
I feel that the Spidey's in WoS were a little too pedestrian, boring, and similar to the ones before.
I tried to make him a bit more of a threat without being broken, and to capture the way I feel he fights in the comics.

I do think the carry ability works fine, the bystanders thing is too much he catches other heroes or takes them with him at times...

I like this Spidey, he's cool. I think the starting 9 should be an 11 along with a higher Damage overall.(yes I did see the CCE, but he has no Super Strength so higher damage could offset that)
The SI Web-Punch with an option to use Flurry & Incap either separate or together would make him more accurate.
Lastly, Spidey deserves WillPower like he deserves Senses. So giving him indomitable would work.
But the point cost at 115 is spot on.

When even the standard human damage value is 2.

Feels a touch undercosted with the long dial, :bolt::bolt:Incap, full-speed moving attack and perma-Superduper Senses and other stuff. 120 points minimum. Great dial, though!

How often does that happen? :laugh: The full-moving attack effectively counters that tactic by blocking LOF at the beginning of the Outsider's turn. Or he can web someone up (Incap). I feel you on principle, Wolf-O, but in practice this dial design is perfectly workable.
