Question on Energy Explosion/Running Shot/ Multi Target

if I have a character with all three of these at a time (say like Veteran DR. DOOM), can I go half with Running Shot, then target two figs and energy explode them? For example, doom is D, targets are X.

Note: the stupid thing won't let me space, so the first row of two Xs are NOT Adjacent to the second row.

The two Xs that are closest to doom are 4 more than his range number (10). Can I run 4 spaces, then fire energy explosion at those two Xs? And if the total attack value is higher than all four of the Xs, they would ALL recieve 1 damage right?

How are the targets setup?

You can use all of the powers at the same time. If the targets aren't adjacent, then yes they each take 1. If they are, then 2 from splashing on each other. I hope that answers your question.

ok, the Numbers are the targets:


1xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2
x3xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx4


1 and 3 are adjacent, and 2 and 4 are adjacent. Can I use running shot, then energy explosion targeting 1 and 2, and if succesful 1, 2, 3, and 4 all take 1 damage (or more depending on any SHIELD people). Is this right?
