Finally finished and up on the market. I hope to have GSX on it within a week of release.

It's based off of my desktop program so many of the features there can be found on the android app:
Special Power Searches
Searching 1st and/or 2nd click
Collection searching
Searching on multiple matches like keywords (e.g. spy or soldier)
Lists only feats/atas assignable to a character

Also, teams created in the Android version are compatible with the desktop version.

Giant-Size X-Men has been updated. You can get it by going to settings and pressing the "Update Now" button. This is how all resource updates will occur (e.g. sets, images, etc.). I'm happy to hear of any errors in the set.

The actual program will be updated in a day or so to fix the sorting issue with the colossals in GSX, and to fix a few other issues.

The program has been updated. Fixed a couple of force closes when selecting multiple abilities and a few other minor problems.

Once you have updated the program through the Android Market you can then get the latest set fixes through Settings-Update Now from within the program.

Thanks to all the users who have made me an Android hundredaire. Hopefully soon I can be a multi-hundredaire. I also wouldn't mind some more ratings (only 4 so far) and comments (only 2) as they will let me know of what changes my app might need (one comment precipitated a new setting).

New
Clarifications integrated with characters from the Player's Guide.
Mutiple traits. Not many have them (e.g. GSX Juggernaut), but they now show up individually instead of all together in one trait.
Transition animations can now be sped up or slowed down, just go to settings (default is half a second).

Fixed
Pressing the back key shouldn't double up anymore causing you to accidentally exit the program.
Force closes caused by memory leaks addressed.

A message to Justin, whoever or wherever you are: You absolutely can search sets individually. The top left button on the search page takes you to the set selection screen. From there you can choose Golden/Modern Age, Universe, or individually select sets by clicking their cooresponding button to the right (Changing universe or age will reset the selection). I use this all the time when searching.

Can you make it possible?This is possible, but unfortunately not as intuitive as I thought it would be. Basically you need to use an ellipsis whereever the "extra" letters would be. Example: "green..." would find "Green Lantern", "Green Arrow", etc.; "...man" would find "Batman", "Superman", etc.; "...the..." would find "The Flash", "Ganthet", etc. I will change this soon so that "green" acts the same as "...green...".

Any chance?I actually played around with this quite a bit in the desktop version and removed when I decided it was a little presumptious since I didn't know how many people would even use it. However, as it gets more popular I will certainly reexamine this. It's not too difficult to do; it's just a question of priorities right now. In the meantime, the team files are available and you can manually e-mail them, move them, or whatever. They are located in Android\data\com.clickmaster.cm\files directory.

Yes, but if I can't view those files elsewhere, they don't do me much good. OTOH, a text report emailed anywhere can be handy when I go to pull the figs for my team, or for showing to others.

Been working on the kinks and new rules since getting back from vacation last Sunday. A big update will be coming within the next week (hopefully the Player's Guide will come out beforehand so I won't have to make another update right after publishing)

Already have the Colossus/Wolverine fixed and I'll look at the Flash as well before the upgrade.

E-mailing out teams is already on my phone ;), so it'll be in the upgrade as well. Also, deleting teams will be available. Oh, and incomplete name searches will work without the ellipsis too.

Pretty big update. Thanks to everyone who has picked up the app and especially to those who submitted problems or ideas on how to improve it. If you get the chance rate it as well.

Several Force Closes fixed (and a freeze when updating via Settings)
Keywords - Match All now works correctly
Name searches now find any partial match (e.g. "man" will find Batman, Man-Bat, Superman, etc.)
Can now delete teams (as part of Save/Delete menu)
Can now e-mail teams (under More on the menu)
Team build total added to Search Results screen (bottom left)


Changes made to reflect latest rulebook:
Feats can now be added to colossals
Theme teams need 2 for non-generics (or 3 for generics) per 300 or fraction thereof.
Only one ATA may be assigned to a team (not new to the rulebook but added)

Set updates:
GSX ATAs added
Keyword changes ended up touching lots of different sets
Prefixes added to appropriate characters (e.g. CM Galactus, DC75 White Lanterns, etc.)
Special Power text missing from several characters
Mikron given every attack power and Nico every power (for searching and feat purposes)
Added some characters: FCBD GL, Convention Horsemen, GSX lower point colossal versions

Love the program. I use it almost every day. Just enjoy playing around with teams. I found that using multiples of 600 seems to work best for getting everyone on a team.

I have found a couple corrections:

Cap & Bucky missing Duo symbol
Kingpin HoT missing Def special power

Not as exciting as the Desktop update, but some fairly significant fixes.

Fixed the last 2 reported force closes. So, it should be more stable now.

The in-program updating feature has gotten an overhaul. It is now faster and should be more responsive. It will also check to see if any new updates exist whenever you start the application.

Green Lantern sets have been added.

With all these smaller sets that exist I've added an extra button in the sets area that allows you to include or exclude these small sets (Mini-sets). It works for both display and search purposes.

Various set updates. If someone told me about character X missing Y, I've fixed that.

Colors. I've gone over the colors I used for all sorts of things: powers, rarity, ranking; and made changes where I thought it needed it.

Fixes:
Made a major change in order to address the force closes that occur after prolonged use of the app. Hopefully there will be far fewer force closes. Let me know if they get worse or if something else is broken.
Names should search without regard to capitalization.
Split dial searching: Black Adam & Shazam show up when searching HSS on 1st click.


Not Fixed:
No warning given when adding a 2nd unique of a character. (Next time)

That issue with screen orientation changes from the other thread is still appearing. Still a great program, though.
Would it be possible to cut out the loading animation? Seems like a waste of processing & battery to me, don't know how others feel.

I'm definitely fixing the orientation bug along with some other issues. I'm hoping to have it all done soon (a week or two) and then I'll put it up.

As far as the animations, you can shorten them from preferences. At a tenth of a second you wouldn't even notice them. However, if they are bugging people I can certainly remove them. I'm always open to suggestions.

Its very difficult to read the "Blue" characters names against the black background. Please either change background color or text. Also had an error (force close) when I tried to email the team.

"Save" should save the current team with the name in the text box and return you to the team screen. "Delete" should delete the team file that is in the text box. "Cancel" will take you back to the team screen. If one of those isn't working let me know.

Newest set: Street Fighter

New Stuff:
Searching range values. You can now search a range of values instead of just greater than or less than. Like costs between 20 and 50.
Sorting added to search results. Couldn't add as many as the desktop but got most of them.
Removed animation transitions. If there's a big uproar I can add them back but I doubt it.
Cleaned up the UI a bit more.

Fixes:
Updater fixed again. Yes, the updater was still broken.
Lots of little set fixes: Kitty Pryde keywords, several characters with 0 lightning bolts, etc.
Watchmen TAs for some reason weren't on the characters.

at the time it was the only team I had saved. I went in and saved another one and that one would load and the other would not. I deleted the original team and then tried to load the second team and it would not load. So I deleted everything and started over and it seems to be working now.

I really like the program so far, seems to work great on my Iconia. Looking forward to the GOW figs being added.

This took longer than I wanted but a new version is ready.

Gears of War and Watchmen: Fast Forces have been added.
There were also some minor issues that cropped up that I needed to fix.
You will need to download the new version via the market.

The LOSH 3D objects are not listed

Superman and HALO sets were added. I was only able to fully verify a little over half the Superman set and almost none of the HALO set. So, there are sure to be some errors. Please report them and I'll update them next week.

i started heroclix during the street fighter set. the first thing i did before even buying my first clix was search android market for heroclix.


i honestly cant build a team or learn dials without your wonderful godsend of an app.
