Alright, so it's been a while since I've run a mafia game, but inspiration struck me last night. This is a mafia game featuring characters from games by Valve Software. Half-Life, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Day of Defeat, and Left 4 Dead to be precise. I'm looking for 22 brave souls to partake in this experiment, and of course, the winners will get cake.

Are you on Steam? I plan on pre-ordering Portal 2, which comes with a free copy of Portal 1 that I am able to gift.

Sadly no, just on XBOX 360, but I'll likely be downloading Portal through that, after I get through Arkham Asylum and BioShock.

Only one of my games has ever gone unfinished sir. Have a little faith.

On the other hand, there have been several games that never got off the ground due to not enough sign-ups.

My friend leant me the Orange Box on Friday. It is now Sunday. I have beaten Portal three times, reserved Portal 2, played some rounds in Team Fortress 2, and have decided I have no interest in Half-Life. So, yes, i'm in.

Also, dibs on the Heavy from TF2.

Oh, you gotta play Half-life man. It's glorious. At least play Half-life 2.

Serves me right for not subscribing to my own thread. Didn't even see all the new sign-ups.

Also, if you don't want to play Half-life 1, you can still watch the brilliant series Freeman's Mind. It's a guy giving the silent protagonist an inner monologue, and it's effing awesome.

Cool, good to have you on board. Be sure to read the guide threads in the Mafia General forum if you haven't already. Mafia is played differently on every site, I've found.

I hate to say this, but I will probably need to drop. I have things coming up that will make me very sparse over the next month, so it wouldn't be fair to you to have me. If you haven't started yet when things settle, I will sign back up.
