At least, in the name of this forum, perhaps? It seems to me that a lot of confusion is caused by the word "rules" in the name of this forum. Might I suggest changing it to "Forum Admin, FAQs & Feedback"?

I'd like to keep the rules part in the forum.. Just because it's easy to point to when someone gets in infraction that the rules of HCR are found in the forum rules area, if they have any questions they can ask it there..

That being said Let me see if there's any options we can include.

You could go Forum Terms of Use.

As these are the terms under which you allows us to use and participate in your wonderful forum.

You should have seen what it was like before the "Forum" was added.
Yeah, for a while it was just "Rules, FAQs and Feedback"...

Forum Issues? "FAQs" is also somewhat ambiguous, suggesting a place to ask questions, frequently!

We could also just call the forum, "Not the forum to ask heroclix rules questions"

But the fact it says rules probably would still have people post..
Anyway.. Typhon switched it to regulations, hopefully that helps quell the problem.
