Mind control and pulsewave question

since you can combine mind control and psychic blast, is it possible to combine Pulsewave and Mindcontrol?

so you can just mind control everyone within the range of the pulsewave? I don't think I know of a character that has both, but this is a just in case question.

i also had never heard off the psychic blast thing either but dont see the advantage of that unless its against impervious anyone else???

I dont think you can combine PW and MC. I know you can use MC and psychic blast together to cancel impervious.

Psychic Blast isn't an action; it's an effect like Perplex. That's why it can be "combined" in a sense with other powers (except RCE, of course).

Mind Control requires an action, and so does Pulse Wave. Since you can only perform one action per turn with a figure, there is no way to combine MC and PW in a single turn.

Both Mind Control and Pulse Wave require seperate actions.
