Perplex and Range

I know that Perplex has 10 range, but if you are 10 away from Nightcrawler and perplex his damage up, he then moves even 1 more step away and hits someone, does he still do 3 or just 2 damage?

The character only needs to be in range when Perplex is used on them.

If they then move out of range or line-of-sight, they retain the bonus.

Both Outwit and Perplex work the same way in that


Range and Line of Fire is only needed when initially putting the Outwit/Perplex on the figure....


Breaking Line of Fire or leaving the Range will not change this fact.
