Hi all!
I'd like to get the definitive answer on the following points:


1) Rookie Brainiac 13 (didn't want to pick F***lord as example) Base-to-Base with Wasp

Brainiac can punch the Wasp for 1
Brainiac can use a ranged attack and blast the Wasp for 3 with RCE

2) Rookie Brainiac 13 BtB with Rookie Jean Grey

B13 can punch for 1 against 16 defense
B13 can ranged attack with RCE against 18 defense (Energy Shield)

3) Rookie Brainiac 13 BtB with Hawkeye

B13 can RCE Hawkeye or punch for 1
Hawkeye can ranged attack B13 with RCE

4) Rookie Brainiac 13 BtB with Hawkeye and Thug (all 3 BtB)

Hawkeye can't use RCE due to the presence of the Thug
B13 can blast either with RCE

5) Rookie Brainiac 13, Hawkeye, Thug, Wasp all BtB

B13 can RCE any of the other 3
Hawkeye can't use RCE
