Just added the Caped Chameleon to my list of Tick mods:

Still haven't decided what base to put him on, though. Either rookie Black Panther, or one of the pansy Batman Allies. Problem is, he NEEDS stealth, but he should also really have leap climb, and the only way to get that is w/ a Batman Ally.

Looks like a Clayface cape on a Bullseye body with a tail made from putty
