Heres a question. Can you use ranged combat expert on an opposing figure that is base to base with you. For instance rookie cyclops has a range of 10 so the opposing figure 1 step away is within range right?

You can only shoot figures that are not base to base, Unless.

Now you can fire base to base if your a flier, aka Firelord type. Or if your not a flier and the only characters that are base to base with you are Fliers. AKA Cyclops shooting at Vulture.
