Most specifically, is it possible to perplex the range of a fig with RCE?
If range is not considered a "combat value", in accordance with the FAQ restrictions for RCE, there should be no reason why someone cannot increase the range of a Vet Bullseye, for example, from 10 to 11, right?
Anyone know for sure?
You can increase range with Perplex... but if you were to do it to Bullseye he would lose RCE for that turn... because they do consider it to be a combat value... speed, attack, defense, damage and range. That's all that can be altered... and if you do it negates and "Expert" attack

It is not possible to use ANY super power in conjuction with RCE or CCE EVER. You can Perplex range from 10 to 11, but not in association with RCE.
