This month at the Hall of Heroes in Mt.Pleasant MI, we will be doing a month long X-Force league. Hall of Heroes is located in Mt.Pleasant in the middle of the lower peninsula of Michigan. For the LE's of the X-force, I would like to try something a little different. We are going to do a 4 week league. The winner of the league will get the 4 X-Force LE's. Point System is Such.
4pts-For Enterting the Tourney.
2pts-For playing a Generic Theme Team.
3pts-For playing a Specific Theme Team.
2pts-For every game played in the Tourney.
3pts-For every game won in the Tourney.
5pts-For every hundred points score in the Tourney.
5pts-For every Fellowship vote cast for you(you still cannot vote for yourself)
10pts-For winning Fellowship of the Tourney.
Additional points may be awarded at any time during the tournaments by either the Judge or the Store Owner, for either good play, great luck, good attitude, or for any damn thing I think deserves points(i.e. if you roll a 4 six times in a roll for attack rolls, that may be worth 2pts, if you make 6 shape change rolls in a row, that may be worth a point. If a 38pt characters kills Phoenix, that might be worth a point.) Also, unsportsmanlike conduct or cheating might result in your loss of points.
Week 1 (4-14-11): 6:00pm
GSX War: 500pts. All figures, maps, and game mechanics must come from the newly released GSX set. Colossals are legal and count as a specific keyword team for league point purposes. GSX map mechanics will be in play as well.
Week 2(4-21-11): 6:00pm
Marvel Team Up: 300pts. Modern Age. All figures, maps, and game mechanics must come from the Marvel Universe. Every round you will be paired with a random partner to battle in a two on two brawl.
Week 3(4-28-11): 6:00pm
Old School Mutant Fight: 400pts Golden Age. 5% Feat. All figures on your team must have either the Mutant(if your figure has only the mutant keyword and no other keyword on the list, it must have the X-Men TA or Brotherhood of Mutant TA on its base), X-men, X-Force, Hellions, New Mutants, Brotherhood of Mutants, Freedom Force, X-Factor, Excalibur, Morlocks, Hellfire Club, Purifier, Mauraders, or Acoyltes Keyword.
Week 4(5-5-11): 6:00pm
Best X-Men Team Ever: 600pts Modern Age. Build your best X-men team or Anti-X-men Team. Could be all Sentinels, could be Magneto's Brotherhood, could be the Hellfire club. Build your best team and lets see where the chips fall, for all the money, for all the LE's.
All Tournaments will have prizes given out for the winner of the individual events and for fellowship of the events.
