1. your list has great heroes, but not enough villians. Cosmic Justice better have at least 2 more members of Flash's rogues gallery.

2. Characters in the league of Trigon and the Spectre are way too powerful to even be considered for this game. There is a 0% you will ever see those made.

3. Too many Green Lanterns. I love every one of those guys, but making them all as clix is pretty redundant; they all have the same powers. For the sake of variety I hope they don't have more than 2.

4. Cosmic Justice cannot possibly have a cooler list of generics than the one you proposed above. Checkmate frogman alone makes you my hero.

5. Brother Blood is not on your list. He's essentially been confirmed as part of the set by the advertisement in the latest Inquest magazine.

Truly an excellent list! We could fill lists five times as long EASILY, but to comment on this one:

1. Effigy is too much like Sinestro to see him so soon. I think both Flash's and Batman's rogues need two members each this set - we've already got Penguin (great choice). Scarecrow would be okay, but I'd rather see Poison Ivy. Mr. Freeze would be cool too (sorry for the pun) HOWEVER, if Killer Frost is in this set - purely speculation, based on the fact that we all want to see Firestorm - you won't see him. Two-Face, R'as Al Ghul (!), Ventriloquist, Killer Croc, Baby Doll, and lots more
to come! On the Flash front, Captain Cold won't show up with Killer Frost or Mr. Freeze onboard, so let's go with Mirror Master, Pied Piper, or some of the new Rogues - Murmur or Blacksmith!!

2. Power Girl over Superboy due to her JSA and JLA connections. If there's going to be an angel (and there won't - one of DC's worst ideas, and they've dropped it too!), consider the current Supergirl. They won't use her either considering they just torched her series and had her running away from everyone.

3. Trigon would be a great Titan villain, especially as a unique, but with Brother Blood, I think you've got the big Titan-related villain for the set. Mordru's been hot lately in JSA, and he's a Legion arch-foe, which would make him cool AND timely - but I'd honestly rather see the Fatal Five. Validus would be the greatest Titan sculpt of them all!

4. Firestorm has been appearing all over lately (JLA, Power Company). Doesn't mean he WILL make the cut, but he would be an interesting sculpt. And Killer Frost has Injustice League connections.

5. I disagree that the Legionnaires may be uniques, especially given their team abilities, especially given that there aren't ANY yet. Any team with over 30 members will be mined thoroughly over time. No more than (if that many) 3 members at this point - and wouldn't it be cool if they appeared in the order they joined the Legion - which would mean Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad, and Saturn Girl. Oh, and different version could sport the varying names (a la Meltdown) - hence Lightning Lad would become Livewire. Just give me my Brainiac 5 before we're done!

6. Parademons ... GREAT idea! And they fit with the theme so well! Let's see some Female Furies while we're at it!

7. Let's hope they NEVER go to the DC 1 Million characters, with the LONE exception of Hourman. And frankly, I'd rather see the Golden Age Hourman.

8. If you want hero variants, let's hope they use the Kingdom Come heroes. LOTS to choose from, and much better storyline and artwork. There are so many great variants around for uniques (like Bizarro). I think Zod would make a GREAT unique sculpt. How about using Steel's alternate armor from the Imperiex storyline? The Kryptonite Glove Batman already is supposed to be the Dark Knight, but there's no shortage of Bat-variants.

Y'know, one thing I don't think anybody has realized about the Legion clix is that they should ALL be flyers. Why, you ask? A little plot device present in the books in one form or another since day one: The Legion Flight Ring / Flight Belt. All those Legionaires had one. I could, almost, see doing the legions as a special set of Uniques for this reason.

Actually Eboladude, I figure out of the Titants, we'll most likely be seeing Superboy, Impulse, the current Wonder Girl, Raven, CYborg and Starfire, because of the Titans relaunch that is going to happen around the same time as the release of CJ.

I do agree that we'll see some Legion members, and at the very least they'll be the three founders.

As for JSA, since we're getting a John Stewart GL, I'd expect a Hawkgirl for further tie-in stuff, plus Sentinel and maybe Wildcat (they seem to be pretty prominent along with Jay Garick, after all)

an Mystics? Zatanna is an easy choice.

I want to See Deathstroke the Terminator!!! Powergirl in all her Glory. The Big white Cheese himself Captain Marvel. With a Black Adam unique as his (AE) Possibly a Jason Blood and an Atrgan unique. I would agree with Parademons as new Lackey Type, give Darkside more to command. Like Kalibak, Steppenwolfe, maybe a unique Orion. With a set name like Cosmic Justice I'd hope we'd see Adam Strange, Several members of the Legion would be cool...And A unique of the MAIN MAN himself...LOBO!!! (not his lame Young Justive version Slobo). Captain Atom would be cool to see, so would just the Atom. As for the Flash's Rouge Gallery...so many goods ones to choose from...Mirror Master, Captain Cold just a name two. Bats needs Killer Croc to square off agianst, also should have Azreal in his Order of St Dumas armor not his Batman for Silver and Red Cowled version. Mystics Like Dr. Fate would be cool (heh heh heh maybe DC will introduce Magic Blast for him...a ranged b/c/f would be awesome). A new Aquaman...unique maybe with his new look and hand.

But how could they over look...the Martian Manhunter...He is a must!

There is a real lack of DC female characters...but it seems that there will be both unique and REV Batgirl. Cassie being the unique and Barbara the REV. Also Black Canery has been mentioned. This means at least a nice Girls of Gothem team can be made. Also since we need both JSA and Legion members Power Girl (JSA) and Saturn Girl (LSH) would make sense. My two cents...

Thanks for bringing this list back up. I've been tinkering with it since Marvel announced Clobbering Time. I'm glad most seem to like at least some of my ideas. Soem comments on your comments.

Some of the missing characters were specifically left out to have someone to put in set #3. Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, and Black Canary - who have all been reported as part of the set - were in this group. So were several Batman villains.

Some groups were also left out to make room for groups which got no representation last time. If we include the same ratio of Batman villains, JLA, Titans, etc, we do not get any room for GL's, Mystics, and Legion members. So in order to fit them in, I left out Flash and Aquaman related characters and reduced the number of Batman villains.

You're right the Batgirl from the Inquest/Previews ad is a unique its the Cassandra Cain Batgirl, but alot as been said about Barbra Gordon REV Batgirl. With only two months until it ships i'm surprised WizKids hasn't released more about the set. OR, for that matter, more hasn't been leaked.

If Batgirl and Oracle would be in the set you'd have to complete the birds of prey set. I'd have to say by far its the best wish list for Cosmic Justice I've seen. I'd put Jason Blood as a REV and Demon as the unique.

I would hate Jason Blood as a R/E/V or unique. He hasn't changed any. Just give Demon a powerless click to show him before the change. The Mystic team ability will still be in effect, as will his range for 1 damage, since Blood has some powers.

He would be a good REV because he's been around since the middle ages definetly a mystic as R & E and a JLA'r for V. They were separated for awhile (the Matt Wagner mini-series) and re-integrated in Cosmic Odessey. Also one thing add a JLA version to captain marvel. And make Hawkgirl just like Hawkman R - JLA, E- NF, V - JSA or vice versa seeing that Kandra Saunders doesn't remeber her past experiences.

I had a similar concept of Etrigan/Jason Blood as Jaythor, a "human" click, or even two, perhaps with Perplex to represent his magical abilities, then switch to Etrigan mode. The bonus would be, as a Mystic, if your opponent goes for the early hit on him, he'll still be able to retaliate with the team ability.

I think there will be both a Batgirl REV and U, 3 GLs (one a U), and not so many Batman badies cos they would make a really cool X-Plosion type third expansion e.g. 'Dark Knights', including lots of bat baddies, bat allies, and a couple more of bats himself. Oh course they'll be other non batman stuff in there.

I personally can't wait for the new set given the Mystics and Gl team abilities. Can you imagine Mind Controlling a GL to taxi his whole team whereever you want, or Mind controlling an enemy fig to blast a Mystic to get them both killed.

Come to think of it, what happens if a Mystic shoots a Mystic? Oh and Dr Doom would be especially fun using the wildcard to mimic both the GL and Mystics abilities. Imagine the taxiing of a Doom and Doombots team chaining across a board and back three times over... :)

The only reason why there should be a Jason Blood is that the Demon should not be affliated with any team except mystics. When jason turns into the Demon all bets are off the Demons does what he feels is right, remember he started the whole day of judgement storyline just to get back at Neron. Sure in the Obsidian Age storyline he turned into the demon only to help free Zantanna from the Alantean witch that enslaved aquaman and his people in the past, my head still hurts from that story too many time paradoxes! But remember not only did Jason Blood hang out with the JLA but was a regular character in the Batman comics in the late 70's and early 80's. Should Jason Blood get his own mini, sure! Maybe not in this expansion but in another. I do like the Jason Blood click idea on the Demon if Whiz kids decides not to make a mini of JB. And as much as I like the Legion, I grew up reading those mini DC books with their adventures, they can have an expansion all to their own, Check it out

I'm a little miffed that DC killed Krypto again, or did thay I didn't get the last part to the return to Krypton storyliine. DC sucks if they killed him off again it was the best thing joe Kelly did for Supes!

And #18 should be Wildfire I don't know how I confused him with sunfire is there a sunfire, I don't think so. At any rate he was my favorite LSH member from the eighties.

I hope that Whiz kids in their infinite wisdom decide to do an expansion devoted to the LSH, as you can see you could conceivably do two sets but one would be enough.
