Outwit/team abilities

Is it possible for outwit to effect team abilities?

Example:
MR. Fantastik outwits robins batman ability?

Is this possible?

In the rules, you can out wit anypower?

Are team abilities considered a power?

Outwit:Once during your turn, thic character may "turn off" a superpower on a target character,....


Team abilities are not superpowers, so you cannot Outwit a team ability.

In the FAQ section they update the outwit power to say that you cannot outwit a team ability. Just to further confuse things the outwit you get from the superman enemy team ability can be outwitted but the team ability cannot.

Bud: You can outwit the Superman enemy outwit because the team ability adds it to their combat dial. You play as though it is on their dial, therefor it can be outwitted.
