Stuck in the world with worst neighbors possible what will you do

The only games I am still active in seem to be winding down. So let's try one more!

Worst neighbor nomination: that weird guy down the hall in your college dorm. Yeah, anyone who's lived in a dorm knows exactly who I am talking about. Not the one that was always playing loud music or the other guy always getting drunk and puking in the hallway outside your room, but that guy that always just seemed a little... off. You'd catch him staring at you when you went to go get your mail and odd smells always seemed to be wafting out from under his door. And you were fairly certain he would go on to own a house with a dry well in the basement and develop a thing for lotion...

Oh no not at all. I was just trying to think of an opening and he came to mind. Maybe I should make it clear but Mr Rogers has nothing to do with mafia at all. It is about all those wacky crazy neighbors you have in real life

Worst neighbor nom: The 24 y.o. guy wearing the the Metallica T, has a 17 y.o. drunk girlfriend and a five member heavy-metal band (and not the good kind), one member of which is wheelchair bound. Loud practices late in the evening. Sort of makes me feel like I'm stuck in a Sling Blade re-run.
