Hulk villian (Possible spoilers)

I just saw a write up of the new Hulk video game, it said that the story of the game is basically this - the Leader wants to capture Hulk and use him to make an army of super powered soliders.

I would guess in the movie Ross wants Hulk to do just that, which is why the army is after him in the movie.

Well I know Crusher Creel is suppose to be in it. (Absorbing Man) He meets him while trying to get away across country.

I read what was susposed to be a synopous of the plot a couple weeks ago. Basically Creel is somehow responsible for Banner becoming the Hulk (he locks him in with the gamma rays I think). Hulk goes to get revenge (the shots him destorying the house from the trailers). I could easly see both plots in the movie - Hulk/Banner wanting revenge, and Ross wanting to capture Hulk to use him to make super soliders.
