My new army... needs improvment.. but how?

This is my very basic army... I just started playing about a week ago. ANy help would be appreciated:

300 pt team

1 - Experienced Blastaar
1 - Veteren Scarlet Witch
1 - Vetern Black Panther
1 - Rookie Proffesor X
1 - Rookie Wolfsbane
1 - Rookie Thug (to fill up points)

It works well, but I haven't had much playing skill with it. I'm going to enter it into a small tourney next week... if you guys could give me suggestions and such, please do.

You might want to switch out the thug with a medic, if you've got the points.

heres my suggestions, i kinda butchered your team, I'm sorry, just tryin to help.

E Blastaar is cool, a great ranged attack and nice abilities. Keep him back for range and then when he takes a few clikcs come in dirty and take em out when theyre weak.

By dropping Black Panther from V to E you lose a click of outwit and all the leap climb, but you keep the blades/claws and gain stealth. Keep him in some hindering terrain away from the main battle at the begining using his outwit to take away invulnerability and toughness on any problem figures your opponent has. if anyone comes up to take a shot at him you can use his blades to cut them up quick. I'd rather be able to hide my outwiter with stealth than have him be able to jump around the board.

By dropping Scarlet witch from V to R you gain an extra 11 points towards your team and you get to keep the free move with the brotherhood.

V Wasp, drop R Wolfsbane shes not worth it, you already have blades/claws with the black panther, wasp gives you a cheap taxi with a free avengers move, incapicate, and a great defense to tie people up.

V Aim Medic, your opponents gonna have a medic, you should too. with an 8 attack for healing, this is a great medic.

R White queen- she just better than prof X. I'd rather have Mind control, physchic blast and super senses then prof X's mind control, leadership and defend.

or you can drop wasp down to E and sub in a E Prof X for the white queen if youre really into defend.
