How do you set-up a new poll?

The poll I wanted to set-up is for people to vote on whether or not Silver Surfer should be made into a clix?

It is a hot topic of discussion on some forums and I think a poll would get a bigger response than a thread.

I'm not sure about the mechanics of setting up the poll, but I can't recall seeing anyone saying SS shouldn't be a clix. I think that'll be a very one-sided poll.

It is just a poll to get whizkids attention. I hope it is completely one sided therefore it will show that everyone wants him and he should be made.
