Phasing & picking up objects

I know that a phasing fig can pick up an object and phase with it.But can a phaser pick up an object after he has already phased?

I don't think so, A fig with phasing is only phased while moving, and can't pick up anything while moving.

Why not?? The Hulk or one of the other characters with super strength can pick up a heavy object while moving and keep going until he has completed his maximum distance. So why can't a phaser?

Yes you can. YOu can pick up objects while phased. Of course the only person can do this is Vision.

A Phasing figure can pickup an object at any point during his move.

TECHNICALLY: A figure with Phasing only ignores terrain/objects for movement purposes. The figure doesn't really teleport from point A to point B... but actually moves through all the squares and can pick up an object during this move.
