Shipping HeroClix?

What's the best way to ship a lot of HeroClix? Would wrapping them each in tissue paper, inside of a plastic segmented carrying case (made for hot wheels/cars), and then wrapping those cases in bubble wrap in the box be sufficient?

Use an old booster, wrap the piece in tissues but don't let the tissues touch the paint on the top of the base. Put it in a larger box that is packed with packaging peanuts.
