The Superman Enemy Team ability says this:
Superman Enemy: If two of Superman Enemies are adjacent, the figure with the highest point value has the Outwit super power. If that figure already has Outwit, this special ability does not work.
What if two identical SE's are adjacent? Neither has a higher point value. Should One, Both or Neither gain Outwit? In my opinion, the most literal reading indicates that neither of the figures should gain the superpower, since neither is of higher value.
