she should have Perplex, and other helping other powers like outwit. give her a shield power like sue.
BUT set her damage at 0

Damage 0? Nah, make it at least 1. Even in her wheelchair, she broke Prometheus' helmet in an issue of JLA.

Yeah she should be in there but not before all the other JLAers and a few JSA and DR.Fate and some other mystics and a few Legion aswell. :) She seems pretty ####py in the big scheme, she just controls the flow of information. Maybe Enhancement and Probability Control.
