Why? These are all non-combatants. This is a combat game. Unless they were put in a separate set with maps and equipment, I don't want them taking up spots for usable combat characters.

I think Aunt May, J Jonah Jamenson, and MJ would make good cheap pieces, with abilitys like support, outwit, perplex. These abilitys are all non combat abilitys. Aunt May would have 1 clik of health, with a 4 speed, 10 defense, 0 attack, and 0 damage with perplex all for under 10 points.

While I can see your point to an extent, I don't understand your attitude, or your quote at the bottom of your last post. Although Paramedic and Con Artist aren't really combatants, every war has medics, thus the reasonably priced Paramedic. Con Artist is a person Spiderman, Batman, Nightwing or Daredevil, might deal with in combat. Con Artist surrounded with Henchman and Thugs, Lackeys and Criminals could be a challenge in a 100-200 point game.
Also, they take up spaces in the generics section, not the named hero and villian section, as Aunt May or JJJ would. Or worse, the Uniques.
As to Destiny, she was an active member of a Supervillian team, with a superpower. She chose sides, and was attacked, and helped others of her team coordinate attacks. She is a combatant, albiet not a very strong one.

Nomad (Jack Monroe), from the 25 isue series in the mid-90's

I would love to see a Jack Monroe as Nomad! But I would like to see him in the Blue and Gold costume that He originally wore as Nomad. He had two throwing disks and could have two ranged attacks for a distance of six or eight. Also he should have a couple of clicks of super strength because of the variant of the super soldier serum he took as a teenager to become the 1950's Bucky. Plus I loved the costume and since he got his identity from Nick Fury and his first mission was to rescue Captain America from Hydra and the Viper he could have the S.H.I.E.L.D. team ability...:squareeye

Plus we have enough gun toten generic figs in the game. We don't need another.....:rolleyes:

Best would be two sculpts.

The gold & blue in the Rookie version, the E&V in the coat. The vet also should get one or two clicks Outwit.
Best: Click 1&2: CCE, click 3&4. Outwit.

I don't think Superstrength would be appropriate, toughness would fit better.

By the way: he used the throwing disks later, too.

No Liefeld doesn't own the character rights but I believe that marvel does have a profit sharing agreement with Liefeld over the name and in light of the Stan Lee incidents, Marvel is just being proactive in cutting all long expansive commitments

Apologies to everyone who has been voting and/or calling for overdue updates. Changes in my personal life has meant I haven't had time to devote attention to the polls for what seems like forever. I ca't apologise enough to everyone who has supported the threads over the last 18 months.

I'm going to speak with the mods about trying to get the ability to modify my main post (just like boneyard in his next expansion predictions threads).
